Delete your HilalPay account
You can ask us to delete your HilalPay account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request it, what we delete, and what we are required to keep.
How to request deletion

Send us your request
Email us from the address or phone number registered to your account. Use the form below to fill in the details — we need enough information to be sure the request is genuinely yours.

We may contact you on your registered number to check before we proceed, because deletion cannot be undone.
Compose your request
Fill these in and we will open your email app with the request ready to send. Nothing is submitted from this page, and nothing you type here is stored.
What happens next
- We confirm the request came from the account holder. We may contact you on your registered number to check.
- We delete your account and personal data within 30 days of confirming the request.
- We email you when it is done.
If you have financing outstanding, we cannot delete the records relating to it until it is settled. Tell us anyway and we will explain exactly what remains and when it can be removed.
What we delete
- Your account, profile and login credentials
- Your name, phone number, CNIC number, date of birth and address
- Your business details and business location
- Your identity document images, selfie and verification results
- Any voice recordings still held
- Your cashbook and creditbook entries and the customer records you added
- Your notification token and device information
What we have to keep
Pakistani financial-services and anti-money-laundering rules require us to retain certain records even after an account is closed. We keep only what those rules require, we do not use it for anything else, and it stays protected under our Privacy Policy.

Once a required retention period ends, the information is deleted or anonymised.
Deleting the app is not the same thing
Uninstalling HilalPay from your phone removes the app, but it does not delete your account or the information we hold. Use one of the two routes above to do that.
